You will work closely with the Fund controlling team in Luxembourg.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nFund Accounting & Financial Reporting:\nAssist in NAV calculations and reconciliation of fund accounts\nMonitor fund cash flows, capital calls, and distributions\nPortfolio Monitoring Support:\nPortfolio companies data collection and maintaining data in the portfolio monitoring tool\nTrack financial performance of portfolio companies and reconcile reported figures\nAssist in maintaining fund-level and asset-level financial data\nInvestor Reporting:\n Support responses to investor queries and ad-hoc information requests\nAudit & Compliance:\nSupport audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements\nProcess Improvement & Systems:\nMaintain and improve financial templates and reporting tools\nSupport data integrity across fund finance systems\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification;\nUp to five years of relevant professional experience; applications from motivated graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
