You will work closely with Project Managers and Field Technicians to troubleshoot issues, resolve configuration-related problems, and ensure smooth and successful deployment.\nTypical Duties and Responsibilities Include:\nConfigure new camera systems according to DTiQ standards, ensuring they are fully functional and ready for customer handoff.\n\nConfigure camera parameters and troubleshoot configuration-related issues as needed.\n\nWork closely with Project Managers and Field Technicians to support installations and resolve issues when necessary.\n\nDocument installation details, configuration steps, and any issues clearly and accurately in the ticketing system.\n\nComplete quality checks (QCs) to verify that systems meet DTiQ standards and are ready for customer handoff.\n\nEnsure systems are configured in a timely manner, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and delivery.\n\nCommunicate and report any technical issues, installation problems, or process gaps to the Configuration Manager.\n\nCollaborate with team members and assist teammates when needed to ensure team goals and deadlines are met.\n\nMaintain effective daily management of assigned tickets and tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.\n\nRequirements:\nBasic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components.\n\nBasic knowledge of computer networking.\n\nKnowledge of Windows operating systems.\n\nTroubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.\n\nCommunicative English skills, both written and spoken.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to manage daily tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.\n\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of Italian or Spanish.\n\nBasic knowledge of Linux operating system\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL\n\nPrevious experience in system configuration, technical support, or a similar technical
