(Additional Responsibilities as Assigned)\n\nPrepare global reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly and consolidation), collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion.\nResearch and provide guidance around complex accounting transactions, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation and business acquisitions\nOwn revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve\nOversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, lease and equity plan\nEstablish, maintain and ensure compliance for Company accounting policies.\nProvide significant support of the annual financial statement audit, including oversight of third-party subject matter experts and work with external audit firm.\nOversee GAAP adjustments, monitor GAAP changes and implement best practices\nReview commissions calculations and accrual\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Accounting Required\nCPA required\n2-3 years of experience preferably in the SAAs industry\nExperience with global operations\nNetSuite experience
