You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive product innovation, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nDevelop and execute comprehensive product strategies using a structured, data-driven approach to market analysis, competitive differentiation, and product-level business planning.\nLead large-scale product modernization and customer migration programs, working directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver successful outcomes.\nEvaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities, prioritizing investments across the product portfolio based on customer value, commercial potential, and strategic alignment.\nDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements using market research, customer feedback, industry insights, and competitive analysis.\nDrive product decisions that optimize customer value, customer growth, and profitability while supporting long-term business objectives.\nLead a formal product road mapping process, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to establish clear priorities and investment decisions.\nEstablish and monitor product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product management decisions, go-to-market effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPartner with Engineering to define long-term platform strategies, modernization priorities, and technology investments that support scalability, growth, and operational efficiency while meeting project timelines and budgets.\nLead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, market positioning, pricing approaches, and product adoption initiatives.\nDevelop and continuously validate ideal customer profiles (ICP) and total addressable market (TAM) assessments to inform product strategy and growth opportunities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to gather insights and validate product direction.\nMentor and influence Product Managers and cross-functional teams by establishing product management best practices, frameworks, and standards.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Position\n5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategic product portfolios and complex SaaS offerings.\nDemonstrated track record of delivering products and solutions that create measurable customer value and achieve business objectives.\nExperience leading large-scale product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of SaaS products, market trends, and customer insights, with the ability to translate findings into effective product strategies.\nDemonstrated success leading product launches, driving adoption, and achieving commercial goals.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all organizational levels.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex data, assess strategic opportunities, and make informed business decisions.\nExperience implementing product management best practices, establishing frameworks, and building new product management functions within an organization.\nStrong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis methodologies.\nStrong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how product decisions influence growth, customer value, and profitability.\nProduct management experience in the fuel supply chain and/or data analytics.\nWhat You Can Expect from DTN\nCompetitive Salary\nUnlimited PTO\nFlexible working hours\nRemote work model (position dependent)\nCompetitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans\n6% 401K matching\nUnlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nCompensation\nThe targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $113,000 and $149,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
