This position provides project coordination, data tracking, and process improvement support to help teams effectively plan, execute, and monitor ongoing initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, milestones, deliverables, and successive phases of work.\nGather, organize, and analyze information related to project activities, business processes, operational issues, and areas for improvement.\nMaintain and update project trackers, logs, spreadsheets, task lists, and other program documentation.\nTrack work items, project status, action items, dependencies, and potential blockers to support timely completion of deliverables.\nAssist with identifying process inefficiencies and developing practical solutions or alternative approaches to improve workflows.\nSupport Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, as applicable.\nCoordinate with project team members, product owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders to communicate status and support project objectives.\nAssist with monitoring project timelines, priorities, and progress and communicate potential risks, delays, or issues to the appropriate team members.\nPrepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting documentation to communicate project status and provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.\nUse project and data-tracking tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Lists, JIRA, and Power BI to organize information and monitor progress.\nParticipate in team discussions to evaluate whether implemented process or workflow changes are effective and identify opportunities for further improvement.\nSupport documentation of procedures, processes, decisions, action items, and project updates.\nPerform additional analytical, administrative, and project coordination activities in support of program objectives.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:Active Secret security clearance.\nExperience in project coordination, program support, business operations, management analysis, administrative analysis, or a related environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExperience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, logs, reports, or other project documentation.\nAbility to gather, organize, and interpret information from multiple sources.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.\nExperience with project management and data visualization tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI preferred.\nThe compensation range for this position: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00\n**The range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
