In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates across business development, capture, contracts, finance, and operations to build compliant, competitive, and well-documented pricing. You’ll help ensure pricing decisions support both regulatory requirements and business goals, balancing competitiveness, compliance, and smart risk-taking throughout the proposal process.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop detailed cost and price models for government proposals, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates.\nEnsure compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation and support of required certifications.\nEnsures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and DT Pro policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, and post-submission updates/revisions.\nEnsure all pricing is compliant with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.\nAnalyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies.\nDevelop, distribute and follow up on pricing data calls for subcontractor/teaming partners.\nPrepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for proposal submissions.\nSupport fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA.\nCollaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and ensure contractual compliance.\nMaintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency.\nParticipate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance.\nReview Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy.\nSupport various business management and operations functions.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3+ years of relevant experience.\nMust have exceptional communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of FAR/DFARS cost principles and compliance requirements.\nExperience supporting compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation of required certifications.\nProficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.\nExperienceconducting salary surveys\nAbility to work under tight deadlines in a proposal-driven environment.\nFamiliarity with conducting price to win analysiscost estimating software (e.g., PROPRICER, Deltek Costpoint).\nUnderstanding of indirect rate structures and earned value management concepts.\nExperience working with large, complex IDIQ, CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred.\nThe compensation for this position: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00\n**The range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
