We'relookingforaproactiveanddetail-oriented AccountsPayableAssistant to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts payable or transactional finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.You'llberesponsibleforensuringsupplierinvoicesareprocessedaccuratelyandefficiently,supportingsmoothpaymentprocesses,andhelpingmaintainstrongfinancialcontrolsacrossthebusiness.

KeyResponsibilities

• Processhighvolumesofsupplierinvoicesaccuratelyandinatimelymanner.
• Validateapprovalsandsupportingdocumentationinlinewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures.
• Manageinvoiceworkflows,includingsendingremindersandfollowinguponoutstandingapprovals.
• Respondtosupplierandcolleaguequeries,resolvingissuespromptlyandprofessionally.
• Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsandsupportingdocumentation.
• Supportpaymentrunsandassistwithmonth-endactivitiesandreconciliations.
• EscalateissuesandexceptionstotheAccountsPayableManagerasrequired.
• Contributetomaintainingstrongfinancialcontrolsandcompliancewithintheaccountspayablefunction.

WhatWe'reLookingFor

• PreviousexperienceinanAccountsPayable orsimilartransactionalfinancerole.
• Entry-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Strongattentiontodetailwithahighlevelofaccuracy in expense validation.
• Goodorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanageworkloadandmeetdeadlines.
• Excellentcommunicationskillsandacollaborativeapproach.
• ExperienceusingfinancesystemsandERPplatforms (e.g., Kanbina, Unit 4).
• StrongExcelandgeneraldata-handlingskills.
• Areliableandaccountableindividualwithawillingnesstolearnanddevelop.
• Finance-relatedqualificationsorstudieswouldbeadvantageousbutarenotessential
