Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting our growing mobile population as our programme continues to evolve and expand.\nThis is a dynamic, fast-paced role supporting employees and stakeholders globally throughout the international mobility lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong coordination skills, be data-led and take pride in building and managing stakeholder relationships. This role helps ensure that colleagues relocating internationally receive a smooth and compliant experience, while also supporting internal stakeholders with documentation, case management, reporting and vendor coordination.\nA tenacious and proactive approach will be key to success in this role. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of actions and following issues through to resolution, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Global Mobility within a growing international organisation and gain exposure to a broad range of mobility activities and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a first point of contact for all mobility queries, ensuring missing information is identified and captured, cases are logged and queries are successfully resolved in a timely manner.\nBuild strong relationships with the wider HR teams, external vendors and the mobile employee population.\nCoordinate international moves throughout the mobility lifecycle, ensuring actions are progressed and key milestones are met.\nSupport the Global Mobility Manager as required with annual compliance activities, ad hoc projects and programme improvement initiatives.\nSupporting the immigration review process, obtaining advice from external advisors, collecting required documentation and monitoring cases through to completion.\nPrepare cost projection calculations and all documentation for assignments and transfers.\nTrack assignment timelines and maintain accurate mobility records.\nMonitor expiry dates for assignments, visas and certificates of coverage, ensuring required actions are identified and progressed.\nGenerate regular and ad hoc reports on our mobile population.\nAssist with invoicing, cost and budget tracking.\nWork closely with external vendors (relocation services, immigration and tax) to initiate cases, monitor progress and support an effective employee experience.\nIdentify opportunities to improve Global Mobility processes, documentation and ways of working as the programme continues to develop.\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience\nAnalytical approach to working through complex cases\nStrong coordination and organisation skills across processes, procedures, data and documentation.\nInternational HR or Global Mobility experience.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen, understand requirements and articulate solutions clearly.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence confidently.\nGreat team player with a professional and proactive approach.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
