You'll develop dashboards, reporting and analytics that help leaders better understand trends in areas such as retention, recruitment, diversity, engagement and workforce planning.\nWorking closely with HR and business stakeholders, you'll provide the insight needed to support strategic decision-making, drive positive change and help deliver our people strategy.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPeople Analytics & Insight\nDevelop and maintain people dashboards and workforce analytics.\nAnalyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.\nProduce meaningful reporting and turn data into clear, actionable insights.\nMeasure the impact of people initiatives and support continuous improvement.\nData Quality & Reporting\nChampion the accuracy and integrity of people data.\nSupport data governance, audits and reporting best practice.\nCreate and automate reporting solutions to improve efficiency.\nDeliver regular workforce and HR performance reporting.\nBusiness Partnering\nPartner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and priorities.\nProvide insight and recommendations that support better decision-making.\nSupport workforce planning, organisational change and strategic people initiatives.\nHelp embed a data-driven culture across HR and the wider business.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential\nExperience in HR analytics, people data, workforce planning or HR systems.\nStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.\nExperience interpreting data and presenting insights to stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and a focus on data quality.\nDesirable\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.\nKnowledge of Workday or other HR systems.\nExperience using data storytelling or predictive analytics techniques.\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
