The role supports business leaders across Greece and Cyprus, drives people initiatives, manages payroll coordination, oversees compensation and benefits processes, ensures compliance with labor legislation, and leverages HR data to support decision-making, combining strategic HR partnering with operational excellence.\nHR Business Partner (HRBP) - Ops-focused\nRole Summary:\nThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Ops-focused acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while ensuring the effective delivery of core HR operations. The role supports business leaders across Greece and Cyprus, drives people initiatives, manages payroll coordination, oversees compensation and benefits processes, ensures compliance with labor legislation, and leverages HR data to support decision-making, combining strategic HR partnering with operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Systems & People Analytics: Manage day-to-day HR administration through Workday & ESS Pylon, ensure data accuracy, and generate HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making.\nPayroll Management & Administration: Coordinate and validate the payroll process, act as main contact with the external payroll provider, and prepare payroll reports and workforce cost analyses.\nLabor Law Compliance & ERGANI Administration: Manage required ERGANI submissions, ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation, and advise stakeholders on employment law developments.\nCompensation & Benefits: Support salary review, bonus, and benefits processes, maintain compensation records, and provide workforce cost analysis.\nHR Operations & Continuous Improvement: Ensure accuracy of HR records and support digitalization.\nHR Business Partnering & Manager Support: Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, and drive the annual goal-setting process.\n Talent Acquisition & Performance (Support): Support Talent & Development Specialist as needed.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree an asset.\nExperience\n3-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.\nSolid experience in payroll administration and coordination, with hands-on experience in PYLON.\nStrong knowledge of Greek labor law and ERGANI processes.\nExperience in Compensation & Benefits administration.\nExperience producing HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics.\nExperience in Talent & Development is a plus.\nSkills & Competencies\nBusiness Acumen & Commercial Awareness.\nStakeholder Management & Influencing.\nHands-on, Solution-Oriented Mindset.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving Ability.\nAttention to Detail & Confidentiality.\nOrganizational & Prioritization Skills.\nStrong command of Greek and English, written and spoken\nReports To\nHead of HR|HRD Greece&Cyprus\nWhat’s in it for you:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\nGlobal Working Environment\nOngoing training & career development\nPrivate medical insurance\nSupportive, entrepreneurial culture focused on growth, development, and collaboration\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
