The ideal candidate is motivated, eager learn and develop further skills and experience in the human resources function.\nYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport and execute daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development programmes, employer branding programmes, staff recognition programmes, relevant welfare activities and change initiatives.\nWork closely with various business units to provide professional HR insights and advice on people related issues, and proper follow-up with the necessary formalities/ procedures.\nLead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and full compliance with company policies and legal obligations.\nLiaise with external authorities (e.g., Insurance Authority, MPFA) to manage staff movements and ensure all regulatory procedures are followed promptly and accurately.\nSupport the employee experience and foster a high-performing, inclusive, and learning workplace culture.\nParticipate in HR projects, such as process improvements, system enhance, policy review, audit & compliance programmes etc.\nPartner with Group/Regional HR to implement group initiatives, such as implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices with local adaptation.\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:\nHolder of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.\nAt least 3-5 years’ experience in a HR support role.\nWell-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations.\nFamiliarity with HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.\nGood interpersonal skills with experience working with different teams and departments.\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese.\nKnowledge of HR system and databases; experience in Workday is a plus.\nYes, we offer all the usual rewards and benefits - including hybrid working, free beverage in workplace, competitive compensation, birthday leave, employee stock options and more- but we know you expect all that.\nWhat you might not expect is a job where everyone has a voice, where volunteering in the community is part of the day job, and where everyone is encouraged to play a part towards our sustainability goals.
