You will also play a vital role in developing the technical knowledge of others within the team, contributing to the overall success of the business.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nWe work collaboratively to provide an excellent and comprehensive service to our clients. In this role, you will:\nManage sophisticated technical administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes.\n\nValidate data submissions and transactions according to company guidelines and client requirements.\n\nPrepare and review technical reports, statements, and reconciliations.\n\nEnsure accurate data entry and maintain robust credit control processes while resolving outstanding queries.\n\nSupport business units by providing timely and accurate management information.\n\nMaintain up-to-date records across company systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.\n\nAssist with training and mentoring less experienced team members to develop technical expertise.\n\nAct as a key escalation point for internal teams and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.\n\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe value expertise, attention to detail, and a strong service-oriented approach. The position requires a person who:\nHas extensive technical administration or accounting experience within the insurance or financial services sector.\n\nPossesses a strong understanding of London Market processes and systems.\n\nCan demonstrate technical expertise and the ability to review and audit complex work for accuracy and compliance.\n\nWorks efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.\n\nIs a strong communicator, able to build and manage relationships with clients and internal partners.\n\nIs highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nHas proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nQualifications\nGCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.\n\nA-Levels (Grade A-C) or equivalent are desirable but not crucial.\n\nProgression towards professional qualifications is helpful but not required.\n\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
