Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and develop the technical knowledge needed to build a successful career in insurance.\nWhat you'll be doing\nSupport the day-to-day administration of insurance claims.\nAssist with setting up and maintaining claim records on company systems.\nAcknowledge new claims and help communicate updates to clients and insurers.\nPrepare and manage documentation to support claims handling activities.\nProcess payments, collections, and other claims-related information accurately.\nRespond to queries and escalate more complex issues when needed.\nWork with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent client service.\nLearn and follow company, regulatory, and compliance requirements.\nContribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWho we're looking for\nPrevious office, administration, customer service, or similar experience.\nAn interest in starting a career within insurance claims.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.\nA proactive approach and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nQualifications\nA-level standard education (or equivalent).\nGood numeracy and literacy skills.\nInterest in pursuing insurance-related qualifications is desirable but not essential.\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
