You will learn how to deliver high-quality technical and administrative services that support our client-facing teams, developing your knowledge of London Market processes, systems, and compliance requirements while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLearn and carry out technical administration activities with accuracy and attention to detail.\nSupport the validation of data submissions and transactions in line with company procedures.\nAssist in preparing technical reports, statements, and other client documentation.\nMaintain accurate records and data across company systems.\nHelp resolve queries from internal teams and escalate issues when appropriate.\nSupport credit control activities and assist in monitoring outstanding items.\nProduce management information and reports with guidance from senior team members.\nFollow regulatory, client, and internal compliance requirements in all activities.\nBuild knowledge of London Market processes, products, and systems through on-the-job learning.\nWork closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a high standard of service.\nWho We're Looking For\nHas an interest in developing a career within insurance, financial services, or technical administration.\nDemonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.\nCan learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts quickly.\nCommunicates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.\nIs organised and able to manage workload and priorities effectively.\nTakes a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.\nWorks well as part of a team while taking ownership of their responsibilities.\nHas good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nQualifications\nGood written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work accurately with data and documentation.\nA good standard of numeracy and literacy.\nA-Levels, college qualifications, or equivalent experience are desirable but not essential.\nAn interest in working towards an industry or professional qualification would be beneficial.\nWhat do we offer in return?\nA career that you define.
