We hire outliers. We're looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. Where you'll create impact

• Be the face (or voice) of DualEntry's finance and accounting content - on camera, on script, in the studio, every day

• Turn dense CFO and accounting topics into content people love - explainers, hot takes, memes

• Work inside the in-house content studio, alongside the team building it, to keep a real daily posting cadence across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube/Twitch

What sets you up for success

• You understand accounting and finance (you can explain a balance sheet without making people's eyes glaze over) and you're genuinely nerdy about finance and accounting (you'd talk about this stuff even if nobody was filming)

• You're Twitter/X and LinkedIn native - you genuinely understand how each platform works and what makes content spread

• You're chronically online - early to trends, fluent in internet culture, and you probably communicate in memes more than you'd like to admit

• High agency - you pitch your own ideas, you don't wait for a calendar to tell you what to make

• You have real design instincts - you can put together polished graphics, carousels, memes, and lightweight motion content

• A real track record of growing a social audience - whether that's scaling your own TikTok or Instagram from zero, or running a top company's social channels. We care about what you've grown, not where you learned to grow it

Meet the Marketing Team

• Jan made sure we were the ones being understood. Owned marketing messaging, positioning, and voice. Redesigned the DualEntry website in her first 90 days. Also launched a bi-coastal NYC/SF campaign covering over 100+ billboards that lifted brand visibility and awareness

• Ana took the lead and owned the community and events at DualEntry from end to end. Thousands of attendees across 15+ events in 6 months. Dinners, roundtables, poker night and much more!

• George grew organic search traffic from 2-5 clicks a day to 80-90 clicks a day, a 2330% increase (24x), excluding career and branded queries, through targeted SEO and content work.

• Bruno built Slack bots that surface CFO job changes and funding announcements in real time, automate our gifting flow, and sync everything to HubSpot and Hex, so signals become warm intros and campaign performance lands directly in our dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $50,000 - $75,000

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $210,000
