Where You'll Create Impact
Build and own the infrastructure to scale an elite GTM team: ramp and enablement, territory planning and routing design, pipeline forecasting, and the reporting that will enable key company-wide decisions
Own the CRM end to end - pipeline architecture, stages, properties, automations and permissions
Build and own the attribution model across marketing and sales: campaign and channel tracking, lead source hygiene, multi-touch modeling, and the analysis behind where we invest in demand gen
Build and own commissions: payouts, validation against closed-won, statements delivered on schedule, and the plan changes that come with a growing team
What Sets You Up for Success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or BizOps supporting sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Hands-on CRM admin experience in HubSpot or Salesforce, building pipelines and automations yourself
Experience with territory planning and commission structure

Compensation & Benefits
Equity: $40,000 - $55,000
Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
