Where You'll Create Impact

• Define how DualEntry shows up in the world. You’ll make decisions that shape perception with CFOs, operators and finance teams: an audience that notices when something feels cheap and responds when something feels considered

• Lead dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand. From landing pages and feature pages to campaign moments, you’ll design with an obsessive eye for hierarchy, craft and conversion

• Drive the creative for DualEntry’s events presence: CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations. You’ll ensure every physical touchpoint feels as intentional as the digital ones

• Build scalable systems, not one-off assets. Deck masters, social frameworks, email layouts, print templates: you’ll create the infrastructure that lets brand quality compound over time

• Partner directly with PMM, Marketing, and Sales as a creative strategist. You know how to receive a brief, challenge it when it’s wrong and translate positioning into visual storytelling that lands

What Sets You Up for Success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both. The best candidates will have seen both environments

• A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Strong work across brand identity, web, print and event or environmental design. Multidisciplinary range is essential. We’re looking for craft and conviction, not volume

• You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just executed within them. You understand the difference between a brand guide and a living identity

• You have a point of view about what great B2B brand looks like, and the confidence to defend it. To a CEO, a PMM, or a vendor who wants to take the easy path

• You operate at both strategic and executional altitude without losing quality at either end. You can define the system and then execute the asset

• You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Tools are not a bottleneck for you. Webflow experience is a plus

• High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do next, and you don’t need creative guardrails to do your best work

• Jan made sure we were the ones being understood. Owned marketing messaging, positioning, and voice. Redesigned the DualEntry website in her first 90 days. Also launched a bi-coastal NYC/SF campaign covering over 100+ billboards that lifted brand visibility and awareness

• Ana took the lead and owned the community and events at DualEntry from end to end. Thousands of attendees across 15+ events in 6 months. Dinners, roundtables, poker night and much more!

• Equity: $50,000 - $60,000

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000
