Where you'll create impact
Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound

Compensation & Benefits
Equity: $40,000 - $65,000 USD
Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 USD
Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000 USD
