Working with our teams,you’llhelp insurance companies protect their futures, and the people they insure.\nAs a Contracts Intern, you’lllearn about the reinsurance contracts process and relationships among reinsurance counterparties as you participatein sendingfinal contract documents to reinsurers and clients for execution and tracking status of the documents.\nOn a day-to-daybasis you’ll:\nReview and create PDFs of final Reinsurance Contracts, Interests and Liabilities Agreements, and related documents at direction of the Contracts Wording Team\n\nTransmit final Reinsurance Contracts, Interests and Liabilities Agreements, and related documents to ceding companies and reinsurers at direction of the Broking Team\n\nTrack status of transmitted documents via tracking tool\n\nMonitor and manage Transmittal Shared Mailbox in Outlook\n\nPrepare regular reports on status of transmitted documents\n\nFollow up with outstanding markets for signatures\n\nCompile fully executed documents into single PDF files\n\nUpdate contract files with executed documentation\n\nCommunicate and coordinate with broker, contract drafter, and transmittal specialist as required\n\nPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned\n\nWho we’relooking for\nYou’llbe working towards a Bachelor’sdegreein any subject.You’llbe able to clearly communicate your thoughts and ideas both in writing and in person.
