It’s how we grow our business and keep one step ahead of our competitors.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to develop and enhance DUAL’s core application WebRater across Australia and New Zealand.\nThis role sits at the intersection of business and technology, perfect for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with systems, solving complex problems and working closely with developers to deliver impactful solutions.\nYou’ll investigate issues, shape enhancements and translate business needs into clear technical requirements so solutions are understood, feasible and built right the first time.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nCollaborating with other BAs to shape and refine new features and enhancements\nTranslating business requirements into detailed technical specifications\nInvestigating defects and incidents using system data and tooling\nWorking with developers to troubleshoot and validate solutions\nAnalysing integrations, data flows and platform performance to identify improvements\nSupporting delivery from design and build through to release\nHelping lift the technical capability of fellow BAs\nAbout you\nYou’re a curious, detail-driven Technical Business Analyst who enjoys digging into how systems work and solving complex problems.\nYou’re confident working with developers, comfortable in technical environments and skilled at turning complexity into clarity, ideally having started your career as a software engineer.\nYou’ll bring:\nProven experience as a Technical BA / Systems Analyst (not process-focused)\nBackground in insurance, insurance broking or an underwriting agency\nHands-on work with Angular, C#/.NET, ADF, SQL and Azure including app insights\nAbility to translate between business needs and technical implementation\nStrong communication and written skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nHow to Apply\nAre you the right fit for this role and the DUAL Team?
