Executive, your primary focus is to support the HR Operations team with day-to-day HR administration tasks.\nIn this role, you will:\nOnboarding & New Joiner:\nAdminister new hire contractual paperwork and assist in conducting HR onboarding sessions;\nManage data administration for new joiner paperwork and processes;\nMaintain accurate records and files related to employee documentation;\nEnsure accurate data management of social and medical insurance for all employees.\nPeople Relationships:\nSupport the partnership between the HR Operations Team and employees by addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.\nProvide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics, including policies, leave management, and any arising concerns.\nOffboarding:\nPrepare offboarding paperwork and manage related processes using both online and offline internal systems.\nReporting:\nGenerate and provide monthly reports to the HR Operations Manager regarding social and medical insurance statistics;\nMaintain and administer BambooHR, ensuring all employee files are recorded digitally and accurately.\nMiscellaneous:\nCollaborate with the HR team to execute all operational activities effectively;\nOversee the maintenance of medical insurance documents, including additions and deletions.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;\nAn additional diploma or certification in Human Resources is a plus.\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in an HR function in a medium to large company;\nAdministrative experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and systems.\nKnowledge\nKnowledge of HR systems and processes;\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\nSkills\nExceptional timekeeping and planning skills;\nHighly proficient in spoken and written English;\nStrong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally;\nExcellent coordination and organisation skills;\nAbility to prioritise work requirements.\nTraits\nHighly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able
