As an In-House Trainer, you will be the driving force behind the professional growth of our commercial teams and partners. You will blend sales mastery with deep industry knowledge to ensure our teams understand sales cycles, lead conversion, and the technical nuances of our listing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Soft Skills Training:

• Develop and deliver specialised training on real estate classifieds sales cycles, including cold calling, lead nurturing, classifieds pitching, and closing techniques.
• Conduct soft skills sessions focused on consultative selling, high-stakes negotiation, and building long-term relationships with property developers and brokers.
• Utilise role-playing scenarios (e.g., handling objections or buyer hesitations) to ensure the sales team can navigate real-world market challenges.
• Assess training ROI by tracking the performance of sales accounts post-training, ensuring a direct link between learning and revenue growth.

Technical and Market Facilitation:

• Facilitate hands-on workshops on the dubizzle Properties platform, including listing optimisation, premium feature utilisation, and CRM integration.
• Guide teams on how to interpret Property Market Data, helping them use insights to advise clients on pricing trends and inventory movement.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to translate complex market reports into digestible "Sales Stories" for the commercial team.
• Collaborate with the Product team to train staff on new features and digital tools launched within the dubizzle ecosystem.

Curriculum Development:

• Design a comprehensive Real Estate classifieds curriculum that covers all market knowledge.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and proactive.
• Craft and author eLearning using Authoring tools and manage LMS.
• Build TNA and Knowledge assessments, and playbooks.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or any related field or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Trainer or Sales Lead within the Real Estate/Property sector is essential.

Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in sales and soft skills training and/or technical training facilitation, preferably in a corporate or organisational structure.
• 1-3 years of digital media experience.
• A strong background in delivering effective soft skills training and facilitating technical training sessions.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training content using various tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of PropTech, CRM systems, and digital marketplace dynamics.

Skills

• A strong background in delivering effective soft skills training and facilitating technical training sessions.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room of seasoned real estate professionals.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with a strong ability to turn market data and "supply vs. demand" metrics into actionable sales training.
• Prioritisation and planning skills.
• Constructive feedback delivery and coaching skills to foster continuous professional development.
