This will be achieved through employing traditional and modern sourcing strategies to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent, whilst actively living our values.\nIn this role, you will:\nRecruitment:\nStay up to date with current sourcing best practices.\nProvide support when required to other areas of the business.\nProactively source and engage external talent locally using a wide variety of sourcing techniques :\nHeadhunting channels\nAdvertising avenues\nSocial media methods\nInternal referral system\nWork with the Hiring team to understand the scope of open roles.\nMaintain good relationships with line managers;\nReport on recruitment metrics as required.\nEnsure the recruitment process is adhered to, starting with the Requisition approval.\nScreen & shortlist candidates by conducting telephone and online interviews;\nProvide weekly feedback to line managers on the process.\nFollow up with emails to regret unsuccessful applicants.\nUpdate our recruitment trackers and discuss open positions with other senior team members.\nMaintain a solid relationship with the candidates throughout the interview process.\nConducting various assessments applicable to the role;\nExecute employer branding and on-ground university relations activities.\nRecord Keeping:\nEnsure the applicant tracking system is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback.\nSave all successful shortlisted candidates on the company's ATS for future pipeline.\nWeekly Reporting:\nMeet with Senior Talent Acquisition team members and Hiring Manager to discuss progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find/engage more talent;\nProvide pre-screened and qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager within the agreed time frames.\nOther:\nEnsure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on the company's ATS.\nCoordinate university graduate recruiting initiatives.\nBuild recruitment networks through local and regional industry contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices.\nTo perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time;\nManage relationships with recruitment agencies.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration.\n1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition;\nPrevious experience in the start-up ecosystem is a plus.\nExperience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector is a plus.\nHas minimum experience in sourcing using a wide variety of sourcing channels to source talent, ideally within digital/tech/mobile apps.\nTech recruitment knowledge is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel;\nProficient in Microsoft Word\nGood oral and written communication skills.;\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels;\nExcellent coordination and organisation skills.;\nAbility to prioritise work requirements;\nStrong internet research and social media recruitment skills.\nHighly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group;\nHands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
