applications across multiple products\nBuild scalable, secure, and reusable components and modules\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices\nOptimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness\nTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications\nCollaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features\nWrite clean, modular, and testable code following best software development practices\nDesign and maintain databases, schemas, migrations, and query optimizations\nParticipate in code reviews and help maintain engineering standards\nEnsure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility\nDeploy and manage applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS\nStay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the stack\nJob Requirements\nThe Must-haves:\n7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years in a principal, architect, or technical leadership role. \nProficiency in one or more backend frameworks: Laravel, Node.js, python preferred\n Experience with front-end frameworks: mostly React.js, Next.js\nStrong experience with SQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL\nSolid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS\nExperience in building and integrating REST APIs\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices\nStrong understanding of web security, authentication, session management\nAbility to write unit and integration tests for backend and frontend\nThe Nice-to-haves:\nFamiliarity with Multi-page and single-page architectures.\nFamiliarity with Redis, queues, or caching mechanisms.\n Experience optimizing web applications for performance and scale.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clear, professional
