You will have close interaction with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and product. You will work in a fast-paced environment that is professional, international and entrepreneurial.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAccess data, construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses using SQL, Python and similar tools.\nDesign and develop BI dashboards using Sisense or similar tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio) for various organisational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards in finance, sales, inventory, and other areas.\nHelp with defining KPI metrics and drive data governance through standardisation and communication.\nCreate the documentation and presentation for management.\nDevelop analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.\nBe adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.\nResearch and validate entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources.\nLiaise and analyse projects within the Reference Data environment.\nAnalyse, specify, test and implement interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions - An example would be regression testing systems ahead of upgrades.\nParticipate in the design, implementation and interpretation of experiments/trials for continuous refinement of ongoing strategies.\nResponsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports that make common business sense.\nParticipate in Analytics & Reporting trainings to evangelize data across the organization.\nBe able to work autonomously without supervision.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.\nMaster’s degree is a plus.\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years of work experience in analytics, having worked closely with products and commercials in an internet/e-commerce company.\nExperience in e-commerce, internet, and/or digital media.\nKnowledge:\nExtensive experience with SQL.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience working with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Periscope, Tableau, etc.).\nSkills in Python, R or similar tools are a big plus.\nKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc).\nSkills:\nGood analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood attention to detail.\nWritten and verbal proficiency in English.\nTraits:\nProactive and passionate: You are independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems and delivering high-quality results in challenging situations.\nPassion for data and metrics.\nHands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nHighly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.\nAnalytical thinking, Conceptual thinking, Detail-oriented, Business Acumen.\nStrong curiosity and striving for continuous learning.\nThrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\nLiving the team values: Simpler.
