You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, working alongside the Creative Director to assist in overseeing the creative process and offering guidance to the design team.\nIn this role, you will :\nManage a team of designers, photographers and their deliverables, setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other supervisors/managers;\nBe accountable for the performance and results of the design team;\nApply acquired expertise to analyse and solve problems without a clear precedent;\nProvide input on resource planning and policy development.\nProvide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers;\nGuide decisions and problem-solving by policies, procedures and business plans;
