Operation & Customer Support Executive

Dubizzle Labs is seeking Operations & Customer Support Executives to support our Dubizzle KSA operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing ad postings while ensuring seamless communication with Arabic-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Posting Management: Accurately handle ad postings for Dubizzle KSA, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Client Communication: Engage with Arabic and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and calls to provide assistance and resolve queries.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions for future reference.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operational workflows.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

-Fluency in Arabic (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) - Essential for seamless client communication.

-Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

-Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Good-to-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
