This leader will ensure resources, priorities, and actions remain aligned to enterprise goals while helping remove barriers to execution and accelerate decision making.\nThe position reports to the Vice President, Strategy & Execution and partners daily with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nStrategic Initiative Leadership\nSupport key growth initiatives and transformation programs.\n\nCoordinate execution across multiple stakeholders.\n\nDrive accountability, issue resolution, and benefit realization.\n\nStrategic Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Operating Officer\nServe as a trusted advisor and extension of the Commercial & Operations Leadership Teams.\n\nSupport strategy deployment and execution.\n\nHelp prioritize opportunities, risks, and improvement initiatives.\n\nDrive alignment across functions and business priorities.\n\nBusiness Performance Management\nMonitor key performance indicators.\n\nIdentify performance gaps and emerging opportunities.\n\nLead structured root-cause investigations.\n\nFacilitate corrective action planning and execution.\n\nTrack performance improvement efforts and realized business impact.\n\nAI-Enabled Operating Mechanisms\nDevelop and improve AI-enabled workflows that support execution.\n\nLeverage emerging technologies to accelerate insight generation and action planning.\n\nImprove the quality and consistency of operating reviews.\n\nReduce manual reporting and increase focus on problem solving.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with Commercial, Operations, HR, R&D, Finance, and IT teams\n\nEnsure commercial & operations decisions support broader enterprise objectives.\n\nLead initiatives that span organizational boundaries.\n\nQualifications\nThe ideal candidate is a business athlete who combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and focused execution. They think like a Chief of Staff, operate like a business leader, and leverage AI as a force multiplier.
