Analyses for production interruptions, equipment failures, and process breakdowns.\n\nPerform ROI calculations to determine project priority and expected savings.\n\nStandardization\nCreate and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation for equipment, and visual controls for manufacturing operations.\n\nUpdate and maintain manufacturing layouts in AutoCAD, equipment files, and P&IDs.\n\nLean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement\nLearn how to utilize lean principles and Six Sigma methodology to evaluate processes and outline improvements.\n\nCollaboration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, software, technologies, and equipment.\n\nAid in the scale-up process for new product deployment and formula revisions.\n\nQualifications and Skills\nProblem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying the root cause and providing applicable solutions.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate from operations floor to leadership.\n\nAbility to build cross-functional relationships to solve complex problems.\n\nDeep attention to detail to ensure implemented projects
