Key responsibilities include performing quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products; conducting line audits; supporting production with product adjustments and material disposition decisions; and collaborating closely with Production, Plant Management, Quality Assurance, and EHS teams to maintain product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEmploys safe work habits and complies with all applicable safety requirements\nProvide daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging in a Plant Lab.\nWorks closely with Quality Assurance, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure overall quality and safety of products produced and distributed from the Sharonville Plant\nProvide technical support with regards to waste minimization, environmental compliance, and timely disposition of returns, discrepant product and materials\nUtilize SPC methods in data collection, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action effectiveness and cost saving/avoidance analysis\nAny other responsibilities delegated by the Quality Assurance Manager\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nOne to three years of wet chemistry testing experience\nStatistical Process Control, Data Analysis, PC skills\nMust have strong problem-solving abilities specifically in technical matters\nMust be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel at multiple locations\nMust have the ability to take a leadership role in all Quality Assurance matters\nMust be able to excel in a team environment\nMust be available to conduct and support internal quality audits 2 to 4 times per month, including reviewing production activities, batch records, manufacturing documentation, and compliance with established quality procedures.
