Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. \nSAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY. Ensure all people in the lab have proper PPE \nBench monitoring and leadership. Assessments of the QC Chemist \nTechnical Expertise: \nDesign and execute experiments, synthesize and analyze chemical compounds, and utilize advanced analytical techniques. \nExpert in technical adjustment, and troubleshooting. QC Chemist troubleshoot basics; Lead Chemist troubleshoot advanced needs. If further expertise is needed escalate to QC Manager or R&D. \nData Analysis and Interpretation: \nAnalyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare reports. \nTroubleshooting, If the QC Chemist cannot solve the adjustment issue. Provide support and if unable to solve escalate to QC Manager \nLaboratory Operations: \nOversee laboratory operations, ensuring proper maintenance and operation of equipment. \nWere calibrations completed by QC Chemist for shift \nEquipment piece having issue, Due for 3rd party. Report these to QC Manager \nProcess Improvement: \nIdentify and implement improvements to laboratory processes and methodologies. \nContinuous improvement.
