You’ll predominantly own application and production support for live customer environments, working closely with the customer implementation projects at the point of handoff. This role sits alongside our core product engineering team rather than within it. You’ll work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, configure and extend the platform for each customer’s needs, and feed what you learn back into the product. It suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving real problems that directly affect customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide application and production support for live customer environments.
