The Service Project Manager III sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project, and will also be responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.\nResponsible for managing key client projects\nEnsures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nDefines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nResponsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.\nDevelops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress\nSets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project\nManages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\nLeads meetings with internal and external stakeholders\nReports and escalate to management as needed\nCreates and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nDevelops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members\nDevelops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs\nWHAT YOU’VE DONE:\nBachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience; applicable functional experience in the discipline or a closely related function.\nPractical experience in Services Project Management or a closely related function.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver work of moderate to high complexity in a global software, SaaS, technology, insurance technology, or comparable business environment.\nExperience working independently with limited day-to-day instruction and collaborating across teams is required. Preferred Education and Experience\nAdvanced degree, professional certification, or specialized training relevant to Services Project Management.\nExperience improving processes, tools, reporting, controls, or operating practices within the function.\nExperience partnering with distributed teams and stakeholders across regions, business units, or functional areas.
