You're equally comfortable writing code and integrating APIs as you are on a call with a customer's Head of Support translating their needs into a working deployment.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn end-to-end implementation of Duckie for new customers - from kickoff to a live, high-performing AI agent.\nConfigure, test, and tune AI agents to hit resolution targets, iterating on real ticket data.\nBuild and validate integrations with customer systems (Zendesk, Intercom, internal APIs, knowledge bases, and more).\nPartner directly with customer stakeholders (support leaders, ops, engineering) to define success criteria and drive toward them.\nAct as the trusted technical advisor that expands accounts and keeps customers happy.\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role - forward deployed / solutions / implementation engineering, technical consulting, or similar.\nStrong hands-on technical skills: comfortable writing code, working with REST APIs, and building/debugging integrations end-to-end.\nExperience with LLMs / AI agents, or strong enthusiasm and aptitude to go deep fast.\nExcellent communication - you can earn the trust of senior stakeholders and translate messy requirements into a clear plan.\nThrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments;
