Job Summary Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation. Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and other external partners in a timely and accurate manner.\nFrequent communication with vendors, suppliers and internal customers. Manage accounts payable processes and ensure accurate coding, tracking, and reporting of expenses. Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timecards and ensuring accuracy of employee hours.\nReconcile accounts and verify accuracy of financial data across systems and reports. Prepare and assist with financial reports, statements, budgets, and forecasts. Support tax preparation and filing activities in compliance with applicable regulations.\nCoordinate with internal departments to facilitate financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
