Set up and operate: Pick-and-place equipment Solder paste printers Reflow ovens Board handling equipment AOI systems Conduct first article inspections and verify production readiness prior to release. Diagnose and correct placement, feeder, printer, and reflow issues.\nIdentify root causes of defects including: Misalignment Tombstoning Bridging Insufficient solder Polarity errors Missing components Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Monitor equipment performance and recommend process improvements. Verify assemblies meet IPC-A-610 quality standards.\nConduct visual inspections of SMT assemblies. Recognize defect trends and take corrective action before quality issues impact production.
