Sets-up cleaning line for processing of parts.\nRacks or places parts in containers for immersion in chemical and rinsing solutions. Dries processed parts. Assists in draining, cleaning and refilling chemical baths.\nMaintains chemical integrity of solutions in the cleaning line. Logs necessary data into logbooks. Uses Baan labor reporting system on a daily basis.\nVerifies the operation as specified in the traveler as it relates to the operation being performed (i.e. the proper material, thickness, process, etc.). Participates in internal and external audit, as needed. Properly performs specific calibrations and tests.\nUnderstands any necessary parts preparation before and after inspection. Organizes and documents test results. Follows all approved testing procedures.\nMaintains all equipment, including gauges, application equipment and controls. Observes all safety rules while performing tasks. Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.\nMust be willing and able to work overtime as necessary. Acceptable attendance is an essential function of the position.
