Our Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.\nJob Summary Design and develop mechanical components, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks. Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation. Design components for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost optimization.\nReview and modify existing designs to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Manage engineering changes and maintain accurate product design data and documentation. Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.\nAdhere to General Requirements of Team Members Conduct pre-Design reviews with teams Coach team members on SolidWorks best practices Provide design check and work execution validation Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, quality, materials, and analysis teams throughout the product development process. Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues related to mechanical components.
