Job Summary Review project proposals to determine time frame, funding staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of the project. Develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with assigned duties and scope of authority.\nDay to day management of assigned projects and project teams to ensure projects progress and complete on schedule and within budget. Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive actions to completion. Approve all documentation used in project, including instructions, aids, and drawings.\nCommunicate daily with Facilities Manager to ensure efforts are effectively coordinated and all risks are understood and planned-for. Prepare and publish project reports, including forecasts, variance explanations and other financial technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support all visitors and security policies to protect ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI information, documents, products, etc. from unauthorized access by informing management immediately of any concerns.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.
