Track and assess quality performance metrics and facilitate root cause analysis investigations. Drive process improvements utilizing Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Plan and direct development, application and maintenance of quality systems and procedures Perform trend/performance analyses and initiates root cause investigations Ensure compliance with program/project quality requirements Develop and implement inspection and test methods, techniques, equipment, and facilities Act as primary company interface with both suppliers and customers for quality related issues Provide direction to inspectors
