We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.\nJob Summary Manage monthly close process including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, and review of control activities. Ensure all financial deadlines are met and deliverables meet expected quality. Assist A/R and A/P transactions as backup such as updating invoicing status for revenue recognition and coordinating with Treasury on banking transactions and cash information.\nManage cost accounting activities including standard cost analysis and rollover, inventory count and reserve analysis, Capex and fixed assets activities recording. Assist with annual operating plan (AOP). Communicate and bridge between customers, vendors, and the shared service team.\nEnsure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal controls are reviewed, updated, and followed. Assist with internal/external audits and respond to inquiries.
