The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, advanced financial analysis skills, and hands-on experience managing the full accounting cycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecord and maintain accounting transactions within the ERP/accounting system.\nPrepare working papers supporting daily accounting operations.\nPerform monthly financial statement variance analysis and prepare explanatory reports.\nReconcile accounting ledgers against trial balances and financial statements.\nManage bank reconciliations and payment scheduling through banking platforms.\nIssue customer invoices and monitor related accounting records.\nSupport the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and corporate reporting packages.\nAssist with internal and external audit processes.\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls.\nParticipate in month-end and year-end closing activities.\nMaintain accurate accounting records throughout the complete accounting cycle.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.\nProven experience managing the full accounting cycle.\nExperience in multinational or transnational companies.\nStrong background in financial statement analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.\nRequired Skills\nStrong analytical thinking and critical reasoning.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.\nAbility to identify root causes and propose corrective actions, not just report variances.\nLanguages\nEnglish: Advanced/Professional Fluency (required)\nSpanish: Native or professional proficiency.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in energy trading, commodities, international trading, or related industries.\nExposure to international accounting environments and cross-border financial operations.\nExperience supporting audits and corporate reporting requirements.\n Requerimientos Educación mínima: Educación superior -
