It’s a hands-on position that plays a key role in delivering the high-quality course conditions golfers expect from a premier facility.\nSchedule:\n Monday - Thursday 5:30am-2:30pm\nRotating weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday)Friday: 5:30am-11:30am\nSaturday & Sunday: 5:30am-8:30am\n\nResponsibilities:\nOperate mowing equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, approaches, and other course grounds\nRepair ball marks and fill divots to support quality playing surfaces\nChange cup locations and reposition tee markers\nRake and groom sand bunkers to ensure consistent conditions\nMaintain cart paths, curbs, parking areas, and clubhouse surroundings\nTrim vegetation around irrigation components, yardage markers, and other course features\nAssist with specialized turf care practices, including topdressing and verti-cutting\nRemove debris and litter to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming\nSet up and relocate ropes, stakes, directional signs, and other course accessories\nSupport overall course presentation through landscape and grounds maintenance activities\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nValid Drivers License\nMust be able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50-75 lbs in various outdoor conditions\nStrong communication skills with a positive and professional approach when interacting with colleagues, guests, and management\nPrevious experience in golf course maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory\nUnderstanding of workplace hazards and adherence to safety protocols\nStrong ability to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented environment\nApplicants may also apply in-person at:\nDuran Golf Club - 7032 Stadium Parkway Viera, FL 32940\nIf you possess these qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your career with an organization that takes pride in its employees and the work that we do in the community, please apply in confidence by sending a cover letter and resume including salary requirements.
