Follows industrial safety procedures and food safety standards. The main obligations of this position are the following:\nResponsibilities and Duties\n Conducts factory recommended preventive maintenance to equipment.\nExecutes completion of assigned work order.\nCommunicates effectively with internal customers.\nEnsures all inventory and spare parts are stocked and replenished in a timely Manner.\nEnsures safe work practices by following safety rules and regulations.\nConducts daily safety/preoperational inspections of all equipment and report any findings to maintenance manager.\nReport any unsafe act or unsafe condition to supervisor or labor provider representative.\nFollows all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.\nComplies with all company policies and procedures.\nEnsures attendance of all required job-related trainings and educational sessions such as Tailgates Meetings, ect.\nEnsures usage of all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\nMust be able to stand in the work area for up to 10 hours with routine break and lunch periods.\nMaintains good housekeeping practices.\nMust be able to work weekends.\nMonthly rotating days off schedule. \nMust be able to work overtime when required.\nOther duties as assigned including: getting moved to another group or work team/ and or shift starting time.\nQualifications and Skills\n2 Plus years of experience working with conveyor belts, electric motors, replacement of bearing's ect.
