This position serves as an important liaison between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments to help provide exceptional service and operational excellence.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSales Support\nEnter and confirm customer orders, shipments, and purchase details into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, shipping information, and handling instructions.\nReview customer portal information and update or modify orders as directed by the Sales team.\nMonitor and maintain customer orders throughout the sales process.\nCompile, distribute, and maintain sales pricing sheets.\nReview and send customer order confirmations.\nInvestigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolution with customers, transportation providers, operations, and internal departments.\nProvide administrative and clerical support to the Sales team to ensure excellent customer service.\nAccounting Support\nSupport regional Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities related to sales operations.\nAssist with researching payment discrepancies and customer account issues.\nSupport vendor payable processes as workload and seasonal business demands permit.\nParticipate in cross-training initiatives to develop knowledge of accounting support functions.\nAdministrative Support\nAssist Sales Management with reports, special projects, presentations, and general office administration.\nMaintain organized records and documentation to support efficient business operations.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nPositive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and business processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.\nExperience supporting sales, accounting, logistics, or customer service operations.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Duda, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
