Everything we do here starts with a passion for providing an impeccable service, which makes us even more excited to be looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us.\nAs a Customer Service Representative at the Society, you will be responsible for creating long term relationships with our new and existing Customers, supporting them through their key milestones in life.\nYour day to day will be a bit like this:\nEnsure customers receive excellent service, address enquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction\nTo be responsible for all till management activities\nCompleting administrative tasks for customers to help them manage and maintain their accounts.\nWorking proactively and collaboratively with other colleagues across the Society, you’ll be responsible for delivering great customer outcomes.\nContribute to the achievement of the branch and corporate targets\nUtilising our financial products, you will be supporting our members through key life events through our remote channels.\nWe have multiple roles available working across our branches and in our principal office in Brierley Hill. The hours are distributed across the week on a changing rota basis to be able to fulfil our customer’s needs, some Saturday work will also be required between 9am-12pm.\nAbout you\nTo be one of our next Customer Service Representatives, we’re looking for someone who is:\nPassionate about providing strong customer solutions.\nExcited to be part of a wider team that collaborates to provide the best service for our members.\nCurious about our future, our members, our data; well, about everything.
