They directly impact how we evaluate opportunities, price catalogs, monitor portfolio performance, and make investment decisions.\nAs a Royalty Data Specialist, you will own one of Duetti’s most critical operational workflows: transforming raw royalty statements into reliable, structured, and actionable data.\nThis role combines analytics, operations, and process improvement. While a large part of the work involves reviewing and processing royalty statements, we are looking for someone who is constantly asking:\nHow can this process be faster?\n\nHow can we automate repetitive work?\n\nHow can we improve data quality?\n\nHow can we make the experience better for the rest of the company?\n\nYou’ll work closely with Engineering, Research, Investment, Finance, and Product teams to continuously improve one of the core engines that powers Duetti.\nIf you enjoy solving operational problems, working with data, improving processes, and having measurable impact on the business every day, this role is for you.\nYou Will:\nReview, validate, and process music royalty statements from major distributors and DSPs.\n\nInvestigate inconsistencies, missing information, and data quality issues.\n\nTransform complex financial reports into standardized datasets used throughout the company.\n\nBuild Python tools to automate repetitive workflows.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processing speed, accuracy, and scalability.\n\nWork closely with engineers to build internal tools that streamline statement processing.\n\nCollaborate with Investment and Research teams to ensure processed data supports pricing and underwriting decisions.\n\nMonitor operational metrics and recommend improvements.\n\nHelp design new workflows as Duetti continues to scale.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.\n\nStrong SQL skills.\n\nExperience with Python for data manipulation and automation.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExceptional attention to detail.\n\nComfortable working with large datasets and identifying anomalies.\n\nAbility to balance accuracy with speed in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.\n\nCurious mindset with
