We build products we’re proud of, for customers we care about.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDesign and implement robust, scalable AWS infrastructure - supporting key system migrations, platform growth, and the reliability our customers depend on.\nOwn the reliability, performance, and security of our production environment: high uptime, rapid incident resolution, and proactive capacity planning.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Chef.\nMonitor system health using enterprise observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog), defining metrics and response playbooks that get ahead of incidents before they happen.\nLead security-first practices across the infrastructure estate - proactively addressing vulnerabilities and driving SOC 2 compliance.\nPartner with engineering teams to integrate operational requirements into the development lifecycle and align on architecture decisions.\nChampion AI adoption within DevOps and SRE workflows, evaluating tooling that increases team velocity and reduces toil.\nRespond to on-call incidents with urgency - troubleshoot complex issues, lead detailed root cause analyses, and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou may be a great fit if you have:\n5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.\nHands-on AWS experience across IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail - including multi-account management and SSO.\nProficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, plus experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible.\nExperience with CI/CD tooling including GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, and Jenkins, with familiarity with GitOps methodologies.\nExperience with container and orchestration technologies - Docker, ECS, or EKS.\nStrong working knowledge of enterprise monitoring platforms - Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.\nSolid troubleshooting skills and a track record of leading root cause analyses and implementing durable fixes.\nProficiency reading Java, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, HCL, Python, and JavaScript.\nExperience with SOC 2 compliance and security-first infrastructure practices.\nComfort with a weekly on-call rotation.\nStrong candidates may also have:\nExperience migrating workloads from on-prem or colocation environments to AWS.\nFamiliarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and .NET environments.\nExperience administering and synchronising MongoDB replica sets.\nKnowledge of ISO 27001, Layer 7 load balancing, or Terragrunt.\nBackground in hospitality technology.\nA degree in Computer Science or a related field - or equivalent experience.\nWhy Duetto?\nInfrastructure that matters - your work directly underpins a platform that hotel operators around the world rely on every day.
