This serves as our primary MDM customer-facing platform, accessed via web UI plus CRM, Marketing and Cloud Data Warehouse integrations with planned support for AI-driven headless access through MCP tools.\nThe Principal Engineer (Full Stack) is responsible for working across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. This role needs to complete the assigned projects with end-to-end ownership.\nTeam Overview\nDesign and evolve enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) platforms powering core business entities (e.g., customers, suppliers, leads, reference data)\nAddress challenges in data quality, identity resolution, integration, and governance at scale\nBuild highly available, resilient systems that support both real-time and batch workloads across global regions\nCollaborate with product, data, and platform teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions\nKey Responsibilities\nWork across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth\n\nPartner with development and product teams to ensure product quality in a fast-paced Agile environment\n\nPartner with SRE team to deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS\n\nDemonstrate strong customer focus and end-to-end ownership of critical applications, including leadership during customer-impacting incidents and driving post-incident improvements\n\nProvide technical direction for the team by being an expert in technology, system design and architecture\n\nDeliver POCs (Proof of Concept) to quickly identify direction and gaps in proposed architecture and feature development\n\nWork closely with different teams to understand and implement the requirements to design and support their workflows.\n\nWork on complex requirements, and issues which required in-depth analysis.\n\nProactively improve quality through collaboration, automation, process improvement and innovative thinking\n\nChampion the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, accelerating software delivery, improving quality, and increasing developer productivity across teams.\n\nMentor and develop engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.\n\nKey Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields\n\n12+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products\n\nExperience in building products across the full stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages.\n\nProven experience building large-scale, distributed systems\n\nProven experience managing solutions on GCP or AWS utilizing a broad set of the services available\n\nExpert in the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery\n\nExperience in performance engineering and optimizations\n\nExperience with Cloud based architecture, cloud native solutions and infrastructure/management, developing and handling of distributed systems\n\nDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or Claude to improve engineering productivity, software quality, automation, architecture design, troubleshooting, and delivery outcomes.\n\nStrong communication skills (both oral and written)\n\nShow an ownership mindset in everything you do.
