This serves as our primary MDM customer-facing platform, accessed via web UI plus CRM, Marketing and Cloud Data Warehouse integrations with future support for AI headless access via MCP tools.\nThe QA engineer will create and maintain tests to ensure software meets user and product needs. This includes developing test plans, tracking quality assurance metrics, documenting defects and supporting issue resolution and continuous process improvement.\nThe successful candidate should be data curious and have a track record of using AI tools to bring greater efficiency to the software testing lifecycle.\nTeam Overview\nDesign and evolve enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) platforms powering core business entities (e.g., customers, suppliers, leads, reference data)\nSolve challenges in data quality, identity resolution, integration, and governance at scale\nBuild highly available, resilient systems that support both real-time and batch workloads across global regions\nCollaborate with product, data, and platform teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with development and product teams to ensure product quality in a fast-paced Agile environment\nCreate and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, test data and traceability for new features and defect fixes\nWrite and maintain automated tests for data-validation workflows\nIntegrate and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing, quality gates and release validation throughout the software delivery lifecycle\nPerform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing when automation is not suitable\nValidate multi-tiered, data-driven applications processing large volumes of records\nDefine and track quality metrics including defect counts, severity, test execution, coverage and release status\nIdentify, document, report, track and verify issues through to resolution\nPerform root-cause analysis and collaborate on preventive quality improvements\nSupport product deployments, release validation and QA sign-off\nPartner with support teams to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues\nProactively improve quality through collaboration, automation, process improvement and innovative thinking\nStay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience\nTypically 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in software quality assurance or quality engineering\nExperience designing and executing functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing\nUnderstanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, quality gates, automated test reporting and release validation processes\nStrong defect management, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills\nExperience in manual testing across web, API, database and enterprise applications\nExperience in test automation using Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework or similar tools\nExperience integrating automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms\nExperience with JIRA, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools\nProficiency in Java, Python or C# for test automation and scripting\nExperience in SQL and database validation, including complex queries and joins\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nKnowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured or equivalent tools\nDemonstrated experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude to support test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, requirements reviews,
